How do I join Tail Blazers?

Thank you for your interest in joining the pack! The first step is to send me a message to set up a phone call where we go over the type of service you are interested in. Then we will set up a half hour home-visit where I can meet your pet and go over any further information and answer any questions you may have before beginning services.

Are there any requirements for my dog to go on group hikes?

Yes! All dogs must have a valid rabies vaccine and be up to date on distemper. They must also be spayed or neutered. Group hike dogs should also have a history of playing well with other dogs and being non-agressive towards people and other pets. Good recall and low prey drive are also preferred but not necessarily required.

What time of the day is the Group Hike and how long will my dog be gone?

We offer a morning and an afternoon group.

Morning group pickups range between 9am-11am

Afternoon group pickups range between 12-2pm

You can expect your dog to be out of the house for approximately 1.5-3 hours.
